Custom Home Communities: Part 2
I am always so excited to find or to hear about new custom home communities in The Triangle. It is really fun to watch my clients’ image in their head become reality right in front of their eyes. One of the best parts of my job is to see these communities build out to become a safe, happy place where memories will be made and families will grow up together!
One of the new communities in our area is Serenity, presented by Greenfield Communities, located in Fuquay-Varina. Greenfield Communities spent a considerable amount of time developing a thoughtful plan and picking a handful of different building teams to bring this community to life with quality construction. The amenities you will be surrounded by in the community are off the charts including a post office, hammock station and Junior Olympic sized pool. Another new community being built by M/I Homes is Friendship Station located in Apex. Located just outside of the Triangle, Friendship Station resides on 80 acres and has combination of single family homes, townhomes, and retail/commercial space. The amenities in the community include trails, playgrounds, pool and community center. They have quick move in homes ready as well as fully customizable home lots, too! Edge of Auburn, presented by Lennar, is located in Garner. The designers of this community have an absolutely stunning vision for what’s to come. The pool and community center along with other on site amenities like dog parks, trails, playgrounds and basketball courts are going to be a real treat for home owners. These amenities are going to bring people together to help build lifelong friendships right in the neighborhood. Cottages is a collection of new single-family homes for sale at Edge of Auburn which is located just a few miles from highway access. Finally, one of my favorite new custom communities to date! McLaurin Farms, presented by Triple A Homes and Gemstone Homes, is located in Fuquay-Varina. This is a unique rural custom community built on 80 acres of land and only filling with 62 homesites! It will have a peaceful, quiet country feel to the neighborhood that’s just minutes away from prized historic downtown Fuquay-Varina. Spots are filling fast with 28 remaining lot reservations!
